People other than Oli, in particular, are making the photo go viral by writing various captions on it. The late UML Chairman Manmohan Adhikari is also in the photo.

Oli had just made the statement a few days ago, 'I don't eat anything, alcohol or cigarettes'. The photo of Oli has gone viral in response to that.

From former secretary Bhim Upadhyay to artist Himesh Panta, it is seen that during the election campaign, people are using the photo to make sarcastic comments.
