Jan 30, Kathmandu - The CPN-UML is set to release its election manifesto in the first week of Falgun.
Speaking at a press conference at Press Chautari Nepal, General Secretary Shankar Pokharel said that the work of writing the manifesto is underway.
He said, "After the registration of candidates, the Election Commission has only given a time limit for campaigning. Currently, internal meetings are going on, but the election campaign has not started due to the code of conduct. The time to go for election campaigning with the manifesto has not even started."
He said that the UML candidates will go to the field with the election manifesto.
