Feb 02, Kathmandu - Tribhuvan University Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Deepak Aryal has said that the process of determining the standards of teachers teaching in community campuses will be taken forward soon.
Speaking at the 46th anniversary celebration of Pashupati Multiple Campus, Vice Chancellor Aryal informed that the issue related to determining the standards of teachers in community campuses has been passed by the Senate.
‘After I became the Vice Chancellor, the necessary process for determining the standards of teachers has been passed by the Senate,’ he said, ‘A committee will be formed soon and a decision will be made on how to implement it. The university administration will be with the campuses in this.’
He also expressed his clear opinion on the problems related to college renewal. Stating that the university is ready to resolve the difficulties faced by the campuses during the renewal process, he said, ‘You can contact me or the relevant administrative body immediately for any problems related to college renewal. We will start the process of renewing the campus in a hassle-free manner.’
Vice Chancellor Aryal urged that Pashupati Multiple Campus be developed not only as an educational center but also as a research center. "I request that Pashupati Campus be developed not just as a campus but as a 'Pashupati Campus and Research Center,'" he said.
