30-Year-Old Man Caught with Firearm at Nagdhunga Checkpoint

Feb 13, Kathmandu - A police team from Nagdhunga Police Division apprehended 30-year-old Kaur Puri with a pistol at the Nagdhunga Checkpoint. The arrest was made during a routine check when Puri, traveling in a car with license plate Ba 19 Cha 690 from Chitwan, was found to be in possession of a firearm.

According to police sources, the suspect is a resident of Kirtipur Municipality. During the search, officers discovered a pistol labeled "Made in America" along with four rounds of ammunition in his bag.
