RSP's Manifesto with 100 Bases Made Public [Full text]

Feb 19, Kathmandu - The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has released its election manifesto from Sarkhet with the slogan ‘Determination to establish a position’. The document, which includes ‘100 bases of policy departure for transformation’, has placed governance reform, corruption control, digital good governance and efficient service delivery as major priorities.

The RSP has pledged to end the compulsion to stand in line to receive public services and implement the ‘online, not line’ system, eliminate middlemen and provide integrated services through national identity cards.

It has been mentioned that it will investigate the assets of public office holders since 2046 BS and take a strict policy of opening old files against corruption. It has also been announced that it will not open sister organizations and that education, health and public institutions will be freed from party politics.

Towards the economy, the goal is to build a production-oriented and self-reliant economy through the digital economy, startup promotion and the ‘Make in Nepal’ campaign. The issue of i-voting for Nepalis employed abroad and empowering non-resident Nepalis has also been included as a priority.
