Feb 22, Kathmandu - A motorcycle rally was organized in Kathmandu on Sunday to demand the immediate release of Durga Prasai. The rally was led by monarchist groups who gathered at Maitighar Mandala to press the government for her release.

Participants in the rally voiced slogans against the government and protested her arrest. Durga Prasai was detained by police on Fagun 4 from her residence in Bhaktapur. Authorities have not provided detailed official reasons for her arrest.

The rally, which started from Maitighar Mandala, also saw protesters chanting slogans against the republic and advocating for the establishment of a Hindu Nation. The procession concluded at Badrakali.
