Feb 26, Kathmandu - Shankar Pokharel, the candidate for the House of Representatives from Dang Constituency No. 2 and General Secretary of the Nepal Communist Party (UML), has made public five resolutions that he will implement within five years if elected.

He has expressed his commitment to bring about transformation in five sectors of economy, education, health, technology and good governance. Pokharel made public the resolution titled 'Five Revolutions in Five Years' here today. In the resolution, he has presented a plan to advance the economic and infrastructure revolution through job creation, road, irrigation and industrial expansion.
