Nepal's Health Ministry Appoints Emergency Contact Staff for Upcoming Elections

Mar 04, Kathmandu - The Ministry of Health and Population has designated contact personnel to manage health services in connection with the upcoming House of Representatives elections.

According to an official statement released on Tuesday, these emergency health coordinators have been assigned to respond to any potential incidents during the election scheduled for Falgun 21. The Ministry emphasized that these staff members will ensure coordinated health emergency responses throughout the election process.

The Ministry has appointed six staff members for the Health Emergency Operations Center and has also assigned responsibilities to emergency management teams across all seven provincial health emergency coordination centers.

This strategic move aims to ensure swift and effective health service management during the electoral process, safeguarding voters and election officials alike.
