Mar 05, Kathmandu - Nepali Congress Chairman Gagan Kumar Thapa has reached Sarlahi-4, the constituency where he is a candidate, after casting his vote in Kathmandu.
He reached Sarlahi by helicopter. He was stopped for some time after a dispute broke out at a center in Barahathawa, Sarlahi.
Thapa is inspecting various polling stations. He has reached polling stations in Barahathawa Municipality, Hajariya, Shiva Temple and other places in Sarlahi.
