Mar 05, Kathmandu - Balen Shah, a senior leader of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), has praised Prime Minister Sushila Karki for successfully overseeing the recent elections. Shah expressed his appreciation on social media, stating, "Under your leadership, democracy has triumphed today, Mother."

Prime Minister Karki, who led the interim government formed after the Gen-Z rebellion, conducted the elections within the scheduled timeframe. Aside from minor incidents, voting was completed nationwide on Thursday. The Election Commission has announced that it will publish the results of the direct votes within 24 hours.
