Mar 06, Kathmandu - In the ongoing vote counting for the House of Representatives elections, senior leader Balendra Shah (Balen) of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) is leading in Jhapa-5. According to the latest results, he has secured 5,254 votes.
The CPN (UML) Chairman KP Sharma Oli, who is trailing him, has secured 1,248 votes, according to the Returning Officer's Office.
