Mar 07, Kathmandu - Anand Bahadur Chand, the candidate from the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), has secured a historic victory in the federal parliamentary elections with a significant margin. According to the final results published by the Chief Election Officer's Office, Chand received a total of 31,953 votes, marking a remarkable achievement.
Chand defeated his closest rival, Naranarayan Shah of the Nepali Congress, by a massive margin of 19,995 votes. Shah garnered only 11,958 votes. Other candidates in the race included Prem Bahadur Ale, who received 7,776 votes, and Yajnraj Dhuangana Upadhyay of CPN-UML, who secured 5,839 votes.
