Mar 08, Kathmandu - Sankhuwasabha's election results for the House of Representatives show Nepali Congress candidate Dipen Kumar Shrestha trailing behind Arjun Kumar Karki of CPN (UML). Karki has secured 5,483 votes so far, maintaining his lead.

Mingma Sherpa of the Rastriya Swatantra Party is closely behind with 4,759 votes, trailing by a margin of 724 votes.

Other candidates include Uma Kumari Rai from the Shram Sanskriti Party with 2,261 votes and Sarita Thapa from the Nepali Communist Party with 522 votes.

Currently, 17,944 votes have been counted in Sankhuwasabha.
