Mar 09, Kathmandu - Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has officially extended his congratulations to the leaders of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) following their significant performance in the recent House of Representative elections.
In a statement shared on X (formerly Twitter), the Prime Minister detailed "warm telephone conversations" with RSP Chairman Rabi Lamichhane and senior leader Balendra Shah.
Modi congratulated both leaders on their personal electoral victories and what he described as the RSP’s "resounding success" across the country.
The PM conveyed India’s readiness to work closely with the forthcoming government to ensure mutual prosperity and progress.
Expressing optimism for the bilateral relationship, the Prime Minister stated he is confident that "joint endeavours" will take India-Nepal relations to "new heights."
