Mar 12, Kathmandu - Krishna Thapa, the district in-charge of CPN (UML) in Kaski, experienced a heart attack during a meeting of the district committee on Thursday. He collapsed while speaking at the meeting and was immediately rushed to Manipal Teaching Hospital for treatment.

The incident occurred during a review meeting of the Kaski electoral constituency (Area No. 1) at the UML Kaski district office. After delivering a speech for about ten minutes, Thapa suddenly fell ill, prompting quick action from party members. UML Kaski Vice President Bheshraj Baral confirmed that Thapa was taken to the hospital for urgent medical attention.
