Mar 15, Kathmandu - The central secretariat meeting of the Rastriya Swatnatra Party (RSP) has begun at the central office in Banasthali. Due to health reasons, party president Rabi Lamichhane is joining the meeting virtually.
It is said that today's meeting will decide to submit the final list of candidates from the proportional representation to the Election Commission.
