Mar 16, Kathmandu - Nepal Wuma Kung Fu athlete Sujan Kachyapti has made a remarkable mark by securing double gold medals at an international martial arts event. The competition, held on Monday at the Battle of Bavaria in Germany, saw Sujan triumph in two separate categories, according to the Nepal Wuma Kung Fu Association.
Sanjit Kumar Rai, Secretary General of WMAC Nepal Chapter, stated that Sujan earned medals in the Chinese Creative Form and Traditional Form with Weapon categories, organized by the World Martial Arts Committee (WMAC).
In his gold-winning performances, Sujan scored 23.02 points in Chinese Creative Form and 22.58 points in Traditional Form with Weapon.
The competition featured over 1,200 athletes from 10 nations, showcasing a diverse range of martial arts talents, the association reported.
Sujan, a silver medalist at the 7th National Wuma Kung Fu Championships, continues to build his reputation on the international stage with this impressive achievement.
