Mar 19, Kathmandu - Kathmandu Metropolitan Crime Investigation Department has apprehended a car driver involved in assaulting two motorcyclists in Nagarkot, Bhaktapur. 

Ganesha Bahadur Tamang, 41, a resident of Chagunarayan Municipality-6 in Bhaktapur, was detained on Thursday, according to the Kathmandu Metropolitan Crime Investigation Office.

A few days ago, a video surfaced showing Tamang assaulting two motorcyclists, prompting widespread social media calls for action. The arrest comes amid mounting public pressure to hold the driver accountable for the violence.
