Mar 27, Kathmandu - The United States has congratulated the newly appointed Prime Minister Balendra Shah. The United States formally congratulated Shah on Friday.

The US Embassy in Kathmandu, Nepal, has extended its best wishes to Prime Minister Shah and the new government through social media platform Facebook.

The embassy stated that the United States is willing to cooperate with Nepal to promote mutual prosperity and regional stability. It also expressed its hope to further strengthen the relationship between the two countries.
