Apr 07, Kathmandu - Prime Minister Balendra Shah (Balen) has reshuffled the ranks of ministers. Home Minister Sudan Gurung, who was in the third position in the Council of Ministers, has now been placed in the fifth position. Gurung was in the third position when the Council of Ministers was expanded on Chaitra 13.

Foreign Minister Shishir Khanal has been promoted. He has now been given the third position, the President's Office has said.

President Ram Chandra Poudel has reshuffled the ranks of the Council of Ministers on the recommendation of Prime Minister Balen.
