Apr 10, Kathmandu - President Ram Chandra Poudel is scheduled to address a joint session of Nepal's Federal Parliament today. According to the President's Office, he will deliver the address at 3:00 PM upon the recommendation of the Council of Ministers.

Under the provisions of Article 95 of the Constitution, this special address is being held to discuss important national issues. All members of the House of Representatives and the National Assembly have been invited to attend the session.
