Apr 10, Kathmandu - The oath-taking of the Deputy Speaker is scheduled for today Chaitra 10.

According to the President's Office, the oath-taking program has been scheduled for 6 pm.

The Deputy Speaker will be elected from the House of Representatives sitting at 4 pm.

After receiving the support of the two-thirds majority party, the National Independent Party, Labor Culture Party MP Rubi Kumari Thakur is certain to become the Deputy Speaker.

Saraswati Lama is also a candidate for the Deputy Speaker position from the Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP).
