Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Conducts Free Health Camp

Apr 12, Kathmandu - Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank successfully organized a free health camp at the premises of Shree Durga Devi Secondary School in Siyarri-6, Bardaghat, Rupendehi. The camp aimed to provide essential health screenings and raise awareness among the local community.

Over 600 residents benefited from the health camp, where medical professionals conducted examinations in various fields, including orthopedics, addiction and substance abuse, gynecology and obstetrics, ENT (ear, nose, throat), internal medicine, and dental health.

The event was made possible through technical support from Lumini Hospital, Lumini Eye Hospital, and Hare Krishna Dental, Bhatbhateni. The primary objectives of the camp were to identify health issues at an early stage, promote health awareness, and encourage preventive care within the community.

Participants received health evaluations, consultations, and valuable advice from renowned doctors such as Dr. Samrat Parajuli, Dr. Alok Thev, Dr. Jiwan Atreya, Dr. Anita Pun, Dr. Krishna Bahadur Shrestha, Dr. Bishal Tulachan, Dr. Prakash Bhattarai, and Dr. Smita Darlam.

Speaking at the event, Bank Director Bhim Prasad Tulachan emphasized the importance of such health initiatives, stating, “These health camps play a vital role in improving the overall health standards of the community. Our bank is committed to continuing such programs in the future.”
