Nepal Announces Squad for T20I Series Against UAE; Airee to Lead the Team

Apr 17, Kathmandu - Nepal's national cricket team has been announced for the upcoming T20I series against the United Arab Emirates. The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) revealed the 15-member squad today, with Deependra Singh Airee named as captain.

The matches are scheduled to take place on Monday and Tuesday at the TU Cricket Ground. Notably, Rohit Paudel, who has been the regular captain, is not part of this squad.

Santosh Yadav, who previously represented Nepal's U-19 team, has been included in the senior team for the first time.

Nepal's T20I Squad vs UAE: Deependra Singh Airee (Captain), Sandeep Lamichhane, Kushal Bhurtel, Kushal Malla, Sandeep Jora, Aarif Sheikh, Basir Ahamad, Gulsan Jha, Lokesh Bam, Nandan Yadav, Santosh Yadav, Arjun Saud, Hemant Dhami, Sahab Alam, and Sher Malla.
