May 04, Kathmandu - Gold prices continued to decline on Monday, following a significant drop on Sunday. The Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver reported that the price of gold has decreased by Rs. 300 per tola, with gold trading at Rs. 2,94,800 per tola today. This follows Sunday's trading price of Rs. 2,95,100 per tola.
Meanwhile, silver prices saw an increase. On Sunday, silver was traded at Rs. 5,010 per tola, but on Monday, it rose to Rs. 5,030 per tola, marking a Rs. 20 increase compared to the previous day.
Internationally, gold is being traded at USD 4,607 per ounce, according to the federation.
