May 15, Kathmandu - Two people have died in a van accident in Pyuthan.

Two people have died in a Maruti van accident on the Devisthan-Dang road section near Damrikhola in Mandavi Rural Municipality-1 on Friday afternoon, said Police Inspector Hari Bhattarai, Information Officer at the District Police Office, Pyuthan.

According to him, two men died on the spot. He said that the identities of the deceased have not been revealed yet.

The van that crashed fell about 200 meters off the road. Police said that further investigation into the accident is underway.
