RSP Begins Final Central Committee Meeting Ahead of Key Convention

Jun 20, Kathmandu - The final meeting of the Central Committee of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has commenced in Chitwan, marking the prelude to the party’s upcoming grand convention.

The meeting is taking place at SMT Resort in Bharatpur, where discussions are focused on preparations for the major convention, proposed amendments to the party constitution, and organizational matters.

One of the key proposals on the agenda is to amend the current 131-member Central Committee to expand it to 151 members. This amendment is expected to be approved by the Central Committee and then presented at the convention.

The RSP convention is scheduled to take place over three days starting this Sunday in Chitwan.
