Jul 27, Kathmandu - Nepal has made a promising start in the ICC World Cup League 2 series against Namibia. After winning the toss and choosing to bowl, Nepal's bowlers, Sompal Kami and Karan K.C., delivered early breakthroughs.

Sompal Kami dismissed Michael van Lingen for 5 runs, while Karan K.C. took the crucial wicket of Malan Kruger for 15 runs. In the previous match of this series, Nepal had suffered an 8-wicket defeat against Namibia.

However, the Nepali team faced a setback in the second game, losing to the Netherlands by 6 wickets. Nepal is now aiming to bounce back and secure their first victory of the series by defeating Namibia today.
