Aug 13, Kathmandu - Dr. Bikash Nepal has been appointed as the new director of Bir Hospital. Currently serving in the 11th level position at the hospital, Dr. Nepal is a gastro-surgeon by specialty. Along with his appointment, Dr. Apar Lamicchane and Anita BC have been appointed as the assistant directors.
Previously, the government had assigned Dr. Prabha Koirala as the acting director of the hospital. Dr. Nepal has officially taken over his responsibilities starting today.
