Jay Nepal Party Officially Registered with Election Commission; Dhawal Shamsher Rana Leads the Charge

Aug 14, Kathmandu - The 'Jay Nepal Party' has been officially registered with the Election Commission today. Leaders from the party, including prominent figure Dr. Dhawal Shamsher Rana, reached the commission office on Friday to complete the registration process. The Election Commission has assigned the party the election symbol of a triangle.

During the formation of the nationalist party, there was an agreement with the 'Citizens' Defense Mega Campaign' to participate in the registration process. However, Durga Prasai did not attend today's registration event. Following differences in opinion between Prasai and Rana regarding the immediate registration, only Rana registered the party today.

Party Chairman Dr. Dhawal Shamsher Rana announced plans to gradually expand the central committee, provincial, district, and local organizational structures. He called on all Nepali citizens who believe in the monarchy and religion, support provincial restructuring, want to reduce corruption, and desire good governance, to unite and move forward together.

Rana also urged talented citizens interested in contesting upcoming local elections to join the party and prepare for active participation.
