Aug 24, Kathmandu - Speaker Dol Prasad Aryal has instructed the parliamentary secretariat to remove certain inappropriate and unparliamentary words used by two MPs from the official parliamentary records.

The directive comes after MP Indira Ranamagar of Rastriya Swatantra Party and UML Parliamentary Leader Ram Bahadur Thapa Badal used words that are considered unparliamentary during recent sessions.

On Bhadra 1, He urged to remove words like "Bhalu," "Beshya," and "Cyber Sena" used by MP Ranamagar from the record, which she used in the session. Similarly, on September 19, Leader Badal was asked to have words such as "sacrifice of citizens," "Pakistani model," "North Korea model," and "America" removed from the official record, as per the instructions from the Speaker.

The move aims to uphold the decorum and dignity of the parliamentary proceedings.
