Sep 19, Kathmandu - Foreign Minister Shishir Khanal, along with a high-level team, is set to depart for New York, United States, on Sunday to attend the 81st United Nations General Assembly.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Minister Khanal will participate in various high-level meetings and ministerial sessions during the Assembly’s high-level segment. He is also scheduled to hold bilateral meetings with his counterparts and other distinguished personalities.

Leading the Nepalese delegation, Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal, along with a 14-member team, will depart for the U.S. on Ashwin 6. Prime Minister Dahal is expected to address the Assembly on September 8.
