Oct 13, Kathmandu - Ram Hari Khatiwada and Ajay Babu Shiwakoti have been elected as joint general secretaries in the open category under the 15th general convention of the Nepali Congress. The final results of the vote counting are yet to be officially announced by the Central Election Committee.
Similarly, former Chief Minister of Karnali Province, Jeevan Bahadur Shahi, has won the position of joint general secretary (backward regions).
