Oct 18, Kathmandu - A customer who bought clothes worth Rs 3,000 from SS Fancy House has won Rs 1 million in a government-backed taxpayer incentive draw.

The winner was selected on Sunday from among customers who made purchases between Ashwin 16 and 31. The draw was held in the presence of actors Deepak Raj Giri and Deepa Shree Niraula.

The government launched the taxpayer incentive programme to encourage consumers to collect purchase bills. Ten other customers each won Rs 100,000.
