On the occasion of 111th women's day, Headline Nepal acknowledges Nepali women Lemi Tamang from amongst many inspiring women of Nepal and highlights how she has set an amazing impact on aspiring young women of Nepal who wants to excel in their field of interest. 

Lemi Tamag is an international make-up artist who is from Nepal, she has represented Nepal with her make-up skills in prime fashion locations like Paris and worked with major brands like Lakme. Lemi started her career very young she was lucky enough to discover what she wanted to pursue as a career at a very young age and she moved forward accordingly. She has already achieved a lot and she is one of the most loved make-up artists when it comes to glamming up celebrities to business tycoons. These are three amazing habits that Lemi practices that every man and woman can adapt to have a successful and fulfilling career. 

1. Never Settling Down In Comfort Zone: 

When people get comfortable the growth becomes very passive this is the motto Lemi follows when it comes to excelling in her career. She was doing so fine in Nepal, she took classes, she had back-to-back makeup appointments, she was being recognized, and was making good money but she decided to move to Mumbai right at that comforting peak to challenge herself and learn more and get better. Now we can all see where she is. 

She has proved it right that growth can never take place in a comfort zone. 

2. Gratitude: 

Even though age is just the number, the age in which Lemi has seen success is considered very young and people often tend to get distracted with all the privileges that success brings at an early age but she never let that took over her. Lemi never takes anything for granted and keeps pushing herself, polishing herself every day, and most importantly she stays humble and grateful towards all that she has. 

Always grateful but never satisfied is the attitude Lemi carries. 

3. Planning for Vision: 

If anyone follows her on Instagram, what we can trace from the stories she shares is she is constantly planning, she plans every hour, every week, every month, every year. We all have visions but where we all tend to lag the most is in the execution. Plan can only be executed or else things that are done without any plan just become an experience. From being a make-up artist to taking make-up classes and having her own clothing store named Jade Nepal she has well-executed all her visions with proper planning. Lemi is now all geared up for her beauty salon Inhara By Lemi and her long-term goal includes her own makeup line.
