Shah Elected as the Leader of the Parliamentary Party of the Maoist Center in Province 2

April 10, Kathmandu- Bharat Prasad Shah has been elected as the leader of the UCPN (M), Province 2.

Earlier, Satyanarayana Mandal, who was the leader of the party's parliamentary party, joined the UML and Shah was given a new responsibility. Shah is a member of the state assembly elected from Mahottari.

Similarly, Jagat Yadav has been elected as the party's deputy leader, Dilip Yadav as the chief whip, and Ruvikarna as the whip. Mandal, Kundan Sah, Jwala Sah and Samir Ansari, who were removed from the parliamentary party leadership, have left the UCPN (Maoist) and joined the UML.

The Maoists have demanded an explanation from them within 24 hours.
